I’m Barbara — a heart-centered Mama Bear, spiritual mentor, and founder of Sacred Soul Path Coaching.

I know what it feels like to be lost in the shadows. I’ve walked through the valleys of spousal abuse, divorce, financial hardship, and the deep ache of loss. I’ve stood in the quiet after grief and wondered if my light had gone out for good. My background in Palliative care nursing taught me the profound power of presence, compassion, and supporting people through life's deepest transitions - gifts I now bring to my coaching practice.

But here’s the truth: our light never leaves us — it simply waits for us to turn inward and remember.

Now, as a woman in her sacred season of life, I’ve learned to rise in radiant wholeness. Post-menopausal and more alive than ever (so much so that my husband jokes he needs sunglasses!), I guide women who are ready to awaken to their divine worth, purpose, and joy.

Through gentle, soul-nourishing coaching, I help you reconnect with your own sacred light — to remember that you are Love, Light, and Enough.
